Noteese is currently a beta product. This notice explains how to test the platform safely before broader release.

Beta means changing
Screens, features, policies, card behavior, and workflows may change.
Use safe proof
Avoid sensitive documents and keep your own copies of important records.
Share carefully
Protected Public and Public cards may be accessible outside your account.
Account email is still in beta
Confirmation and recovery email delivery may be limited during controlled beta.
Beta testers should not upload sensitive proof or rely on Noteese as the only copy of an important record.
1. Beta status
Features, screens, settings, card behavior, analytics, admin tools, report workflows, legal pages, and AI-related features may change during beta. Some parts of the product may be incomplete or experimental.
2. Use safe test proof
For early testing, use safe sample proof or non-sensitive documents. Avoid IDs, medical documents, financial records, private addresses, student disciplinary records, confidential records, or anything you would not want an admin reviewer to see.
3. Do not depend on beta data alone
Keep your own copies of important proof. Noteese is not yet a permanent archive, official credential issuer, school record system, employer record system, or legal records system.
4. Sharing caution
Protected Public and Public cards may be accessible outside your account. Use Private when you do not want a card to be externally visible. Turn off sharing tools if you want to pause public access.
5. Minors
Parents and guardians should help minors decide what to submit and what to share. Use the minor/guardian settings before creating public-facing cards for minors.
6. Reports and review
Noteese may temporarily hide or restrict a card during report review. A report action is a platform safety step, not a final legal finding.
7. Account email and recovery during beta
Confirmation, password-reset, and account-recovery email delivery may be limited or delayed during controlled beta. If an expected email does not arrive, try again later or contact Noteese Support.
