These beta terms explain the rules for using Noteese while the product is being tested. They focus on accurate achievements, safe proof uploads, responsible sharing, and platform trust.

Use Noteese honestly
Submit real achievements that belong to you or someone you are authorized to help.
Proof is sensitive
Upload only relevant proof and avoid IDs, medical, financial, or unrelated private documents.
Review is not full verification
Admin review can confirm proof was reviewed, but it is not the same as issuer-level verification.
Sharing is your responsibility
Choose Private, Protected Public, or Public carefully, especially for minors.
Noteese is in beta. Features, card behavior, review workflows, legal language, and policies may change before public launch.
1. What Noteese is
Noteese helps users create Achievement Cards from accomplishments, supporting proof, review status, and sharing controls. The product is designed to help people build a proof-backed achievement record over time.
During beta, Noteese is not an official school record system, credential issuer, legal archive, background-check provider, or guarantee that an opportunity provider will accept a card.
2. Accounts and identity
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password, and keeping your account details current. Do not impersonate another person, create misleading profiles, or submit achievements that do not belong to you.
If you help a child, student, team member, client, or organization member use Noteese, you must have permission to submit information on their behalf.
3. Achievement submissions
When you submit an achievement, you confirm that the information is truthful, reasonably complete, and connected to the person or organization named on the card.
Do not exaggerate titles, invent awards, misrepresent participation, use misleading dates, or claim a credential that was not actually earned.
4. Review, proof status, and verification
Noteese may review submitted achievements and proof for completeness, safety, and consistency. A reviewed card may show that proof was uploaded or reviewed.
Noteese review is not the same as issuer verification. Issuer-level verification, organization-confirmed verification, or government/business-record confirmation must be clearly labeled when those features are available.
5. Proof uploads
Only upload proof related to the achievement, such as a certificate, award letter, safe screenshot, event page, article, public results link, employer confirmation, or organization confirmation.
Do not upload Social Security numbers, full IDs, birth certificates, medical records, bank statements, passwords, private addresses, disciplinary records, confidential records, or sensitive documents unrelated to the achievement.
6. Sharing and visibility
Your selected privacy setting controls how the card may be viewed: Private, Protected Public, or Public. Public viewers should see the Achievement Card and proof status, not the raw private proof file.
You can pause sharing from settings when available. If sharing is paused, public card links may stop working until you turn sharing back on.
7. Minors and guardians
Minor accounts require extra care. Parents or guardians should review profile settings, card privacy, proof uploads, public sharing choices, and any information that could identify or expose a child.
8. Reports and platform actions
People can report cards for privacy concerns, impersonation, misleading information, inappropriate content, or other safety issues. Noteese may keep a card published, request changes, temporarily hide it, restore it, resolve the report, dismiss the report, or restrict accounts when needed.
9. Analytics, cookies, and diagnostics
Noteese uses analytics, attribution, authentication sessions, local storage, and diagnostic tools to operate the product, improve reliability, and understand whether the achievement flow is working.
10. Beta limitations and policy updates
Because Noteese is in beta, the service may contain bugs, incomplete features, test data, temporary workflows, or manual review steps. Keep your own copies of important proof files.
Noteese may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms for future use.
