Community Guidelines
Noteese is achievement-first. These guidelines protect the quality, safety, and credibility of the Achievement Card system.

Be accurate
Do not submit fake, inflated, or misleading achievements.
Use appropriate proof
Proof should support the achievement and avoid unrelated sensitive information.
Respect people
Do not harass, impersonate, shame, discriminate, or expose private information.
Report responsibly
Use reports for real safety, privacy, impersonation, or accuracy concerns.
Achievement Cards are meant to build trust. If a card, proof item, image, or organization claim would mislead a reasonable viewer, do not submit it.
1. Submit real achievements
Only submit achievements that are real, accurate, and tied to you or someone you are authorized to help. Do not submit fake awards, inflated titles, misleading results, or achievements that belong to someone else.
2. Use appropriate proof
Use relevant proof such as certificates, award letters, public results, safe screenshots, school confirmations, employer confirmations, articles, organization confirmations, or safe proof links.
Do not upload sensitive unrelated documents, full identity documents, medical information, passwords, private addresses, or confidential records.
3. Keep profile photos and images appropriate
Profile photos and uploaded images should be appropriate, safe, non-explicit, and related to the user or achievement context. Do not upload sexual content, hateful imagery, graphic violence, private images without permission, or images that impersonate another person.
4. Respect privacy
Do not expose another person's personal information without permission. Do not upload other people's private documents, contact information, IDs, private images, or records unless you have authority to do so.
5. No harassment or harmful conduct
Do not use Noteese to harass, shame, threaten, impersonate, discriminate against, dox, or target another person or group.
6. Organization claims must be honest
If you submit an organization name or claim an affiliation, it must be real and accurate. User-entered organizations may be reviewed before being treated as proof-supported or verified.
7. Reports must be responsible
Report cards when there is a real concern. Do not abuse the report system to attack, silence, or repeatedly target another user.
8. Noteese platform actions
Noteese may request changes, pause sharing, hide cards, restore cards, resolve reports, dismiss reports, restrict accounts, or remove inappropriate content when needed to protect trust and safety.
